  Omagwd so I've always used the drive through and it is always super efficent and fast. This Starbucks is hands down super great at the drive through.
  In contrast i ordered a iced tea at the counter and boy was i surprised. They took super long to get my drink out and considering that i was the only person that ordered a drink they took must have took their time. Also i would not recommend this Starbucks to study at, the music is way too loud and i could feel the walls vibrating. They def lost a lot of points for poor customer service. This is def my least favorite starbucks in chico, but it isn't too bad in general. Overall it's a run of the mill starbucks  I'm not expecting much.
  
  I'll return here for the drive through just not inside.

  I pulled up this morning at 535 with one car ahead of me and only a few people inside.
  I waited until 544 before I pulled up for my turn. I was never greeted once not even a good morning.
  I then receive my coffee about 547 so 12 minutes in line and I had nothing hot :(
  
  I dont think I will be making the trip there anymore :(  this happens almost everytime and then not even greeted or a "sorry for the wait"!

  Dropped in for the first time and stayed a while on social media before meeting a friend close by for lunch. Shocked to see this location has such a low star rating. The place is clean, well attended with customers both walk in and drive through. There is plenty of staff and each one has been cheerful. Orders are getting done quickly. I had serious strawberry and a sausage cheddar breakfast sandwich. Both good. Being St. Patrick's Day, there are the right touch of decoration. Didn't catch the name of the drive through person but she is chatting up everyone with how is your day and genuinely caring. All the drivers seem engaged and welcoming to her speed and positive attitude. She was just engaging with a customer dog in the back seat and the owner also in the conversation while her order we finishing up. I think this is a positive experience for everyone on this semi-holiday. Happy St. Patrick's Day! Have a Sunday Morning latte and chill. :-)

  I dont usually get coffee when out, but, I went through the drive-thru today on my way out of town. I ordered a venti americano on ice with "a little 2%." What I received was a venti iced 2% with a little americano. It was basically iced milk with a mild coffee flavor. Very disappointing.

  This store is absolutely amazing! I've been ordering from this store for years now. The workers are amazing, always providing the BEST service, and actually turn my days into better ones! Everyone who works at this store has been so friendly and the food/drinks are always made perfect. Recommend this place for a nice start to your morning :)
